If you haven’t taken a look at WRITEmyAds, head on over there and give their new ad writing tool a test run.
Basically, you input all of the facts about the property and WRITEmyAds.com spits out a snazzy, benefit rich ad for you to run with.
It looks like a very simple tool to use and the testimonials on the site are from agents applauding the ads it creates.
The goal of WRITEmyAds is to save you time and to give you more effective, creative house ads.
But here is my question, “If you don’t have the time and/or interest to invest in becoming a better marketer, a better copywriter, a better ad “creator,” then why are you in the marketing business?”
