Technology Tip for New Real Estate Agents
Are you a new real estate agent fresh out of the starting gates? A bit overwhelmed by the sea of forms, rules, regulations, politics, not to mention competition, buzzing around you?
Here’s a quick technology tip that is really quite low tech…
Get the basic things you need to communicate with the outside world and then forget about all of the technology for a minute…
Technology has a way of sucking you in and making you think you are being productive, when actually all you are doing is organizing… and reorganizing… and organizing again.
Once you get your computer, phone, fax and internet access squared away, find a quiet corner and ask yourself this one question:
“In two sentences or less, what makes me different, really different, from the other 999,999 real estate professionals out there?”
Answering this question is hard work and it will take some time, but there is an answer. And once you find it, your real estate business will never be the same.
Once you have your answer, that is the time to start using all of the technology around you to tell your market exactly what your answer to the question is…
